Snap-on lid sits flush with housing and concrete face, eliminates climbing hazards and conceals anchor when not in use.

End users can quickly remove lid with a flat head screwdriver and reinstall by firmly pressing into place.

Attaches to inside of concrete form with four screws. Screws are removed to strip away form leaving forms undamaged.

Housing is made from recycleable durable UV grade polypropylene and is compatible with PMMA roofing products.

3/4" diameter 304 stainless steel bar meets regulatory requirements.

Closed-end threaded inserts facilitate installation as well as replacement of housing should remediation be required.

Tabs on both the housing and lid to accommodate lanyard.

Housing and lid are available in grey or white.

Two knife edge grooves behind bar at base of housing allow for easy removal and replacement if required.
